For bespoke commissions we send sketches, wax photographs and stone photographs by WhatsApp at each stage. You approve each step before we proceed. For in-stock pieces we send a detailed video — weight, hallmark, measurements on screen.
We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT), GPay, PhonePe and Western Union for international buyers. A 30% advance secures a bespoke commission; balance on completion. Full payment for in-stock pieces before dispatch.
Photographed, weighed, BIS certificate sealed. Packed in our wood-and-velvet trousseau case, inside a tamper-evident outer box. Full insurance to delivery address — if it does not arrive intact, we replace it.
We prepare a commercial invoice, BIS gold purity certificate and jewellery valuation certificate for customs. We have shipped to UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, UK and US — we know the documentation each country requires.
